Asurion Gulch Hub at 1101 Church Street tops out
We are proud to congratulate Highwoods Properties and Asurion on the topping out of the new Asurion Gulch Hub at 1101 Church Street. To be completed in 2021, this new tech campus connects The Gulch to nearby Capitol View and Downtown Nashville with a 565,0000-square-foot complex.
Two interconnected buildings provide a dynamic horizontal campus in an urban environment for over 2,000 Asurion employees. The campus is designed to encourage collaboration and connectivity with a shared podium and sky bridges on the fifth and seventh floors. With quality of life at the heart of the design, Asurion Gulch Hub offers employees amenities including a coffee bar, dining options, and over 80,000-square-feet of outdoor green space.
Sited on the Gulch Greenway, a 12-foot-wide off-street multi-use trail connects the site to the city’s extensive Greenways system. 1101 Church Street enhances the pedestrian experience on both 11th Avenue and Church Street with a monumental stair mediating the 42’ elevation difference between the two streets.
