Vertis

Vertis is a dense, mixed-use complex incorporating over 400,000-square-feet of retail, restaurant, office, and residential uses on a 2.6-acre site. Located in the upscale neighborhood of Green Hills, 4000 Hillsboro was the first project of its kind in the area and sets a new standard for growth and development.

Vertis not only met the Urban Design Overlay (UDO) guidelines but exceeded all massing, proportion, and rhythm requirements. Four stories of “Class A” office space sit atop a 17,000-square-foot retail / restaurant podium, which is above a five-story, 600-space subterranean parking structure, that serves both tenants, residents, and visitors. These spaces are conveniently accessed by a welcoming, centralized open-air motor court at ground level for valet drop-off and parking.

Adjacent to the commercial and retail functions, rises the eighteen-story, 300-unit luxury condo tower. The tower is oriented to capture spectacular views of both the urban and rural surroundings. Residents have access to the eleventh-floor outdoor amenity deck complete with pool, outdoor grilling facilities, dining areas, and lounging cabanas.
