GEODIS Park

GEODIS Park is one of the premier sports and entertainment destinations in the United States. The 30,105-seat stadium is the largest soccer-specific stadium in the United States and Canada, establishing a home for the Nashville Soccer Club with the versatility to host a variety of performances and events.

In the heart of Wedgewood-Houston, GEODIS Park is sited at a critical crossroads one mile south of bustling downtown Nashville in proximity to the campuses of prestigious Vanderbilt and Belmont Universities, the city’s strong international community, and the suburbs. The stadium acts as a catalyst for development and community interaction, upholding and revitalizing the Fairgrounds legacy of gathering.

Wedgewood Houston is a buzzing creative neighborhood of former industrial factories alongside single-family residences. The stadium embraces that juxtaposition—the high canopy structure representing the industrial scale, and the brick-clad ground level structures surrounding the concourse representing the residential scale.

Inspired by the former industrial factories that define the neighborhood, this contemporary structure lets form follow function. A simple, rational exposed steel structure with expressed cross bracing establishes a strong identity while creating an open-air venue protected by a 360-degree canopy.

A dedicated Supporters Entry at the north end flows rowdy, raucous, and dedicated fans directly into a 3,150-square-foot, safe-standing supporter’s section. A 65-foot-wide shared concourse features diverse local concessions. With just 150 feet of distance between the last row of seats and the touchline, GEODIS Park offers an electric matchday experience bringing fans closer to the action than ever before.

65,000 square feet of open space surrounding the footprint of the stadium allows for year-round community use, including a 17,000-square-foot pocket park with an exterior facing video board to host away game watch parties and various community events. The concert-ready venue has a capacity of 27,000.
