HASTINGS is seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

HASTINGS is seeking a qualified receptionist/administrative assistant to join our creative and energetic team. Ideal candidates have excellent people skills, attention to detail and are effective communicators. Successful candidates are energetic, team-focused and hospitality-driven with a can-do attitude.

The Role:
• Greeting and welcoming visitors in person and on the telephone
• Managing and directing incoming telephone calls
• Ordering and restocking kitchen and office supplies, including coffee preparation
• Support client and guest meetings, including room preparation and post-meeting reset
• Answering inquiries and referring to appropriate staff
• General administrative support
• Assisting with CRM updates and reports as needed

Qualifications:
• High school diploma, college degree preferred
• Friendly and hospitality-minded with a high level of professionalism
• Strong organization skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
• Flexible and positive can-do attitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus
