UTC Residential Hall Breaks Ground

On Monday, July 21st, the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga celebrated the groundbreaking of the new Residence Hall!

The new Residence Hall embodies the university’s vision for a dynamic, connected student community. Strategically positioned at the edge of campus along Oak Street and McCallie Avenue, this 800-bed residence hall strengthens UTC’s commitment to providing an enriching living-learning environment while serving as a welcoming new gateway to campus life. We are so excited to see this project come to life.
