Groundbreaking at the Heritage

On Thursday, November 13th, we celebrated the groundbreaking of the Heritage Condos! 

Heritage is located within the heart of Nashville’s historic 2nd Avenue district. An area shaped by more than 160 years of commerce, craftsmanship, and community. Following the Christmas Day bombing of 2020, this restoration represents both a physical and symbolic act of rebuilding, bringing new life to a block vibrant district.

The design restores the historic façade to its original character while reimagining the interior as a collection of 50 thoughtfully designed residential condominiums. Organized around a shared landscaped courtyard, the residences are framed by light, material warmth, and views extending across both 2nd Avenue and the riverfront. Retail spaces activate the ground level, reconnecting the street to its mercantile roots, while a discreet parking garage below grade provides modern convenience without compromising the historic fabric.
