Symphony Place was spotlighted in the Nashville Business Journal in an article titled, "First Look: Inside Highwoods' massive overhaul of Symphony Place".

The article reads, "Designed by Nashville-based Hastings Architecture, the Cumberland Club features all the amenities one would expect out of a new office building and more. The bar area is tricked out with wine chillers, private liquor lockers and glassware. The “sporting suite” offers a golf simulator, a pool table and multiple large TVs disguised as framed paintings when not being used. An expansive wellness centers has fitness equipment, plunge pools, saunas, treatment rooms and staffed programming with fitness classes."

They also quote HASTINGS' own, Julia Smith, saying, “This is not something that comes across our plate very often. I have done office work, but this is so unique and distinct in and of itself,” Julia Smith, architect at Hastings, told the Business Journal. “Just the amount of trim work in this room alone is more than I've probably done in my career before now.”
