Nashville Post Names Dave Powell a 2026 Leader in Charge: Real Estate

Each year the Nashville Post magazine releases an 'In Charge' list, highlighting the people that make our city work. This year, they graciously honored HASTINGS' Dave Powell as a Leader in Charge for their Real Estate category. 

They state, "Principal, Hastings Architecture: Teams with William Hastings and David Bailey to lead firm that designed South Bank’s Peabody Union, Thompson Hotel in The Gulch and Virgin Hotel in Midtown, among many others. With firm since 1991."
