Senior Associate

As a Senior Associate, Matt brings design leadership and strategic thinking to his projects. He is currently overseeing KAPOK II, a ten-story, 161-unit residential tower with 21,400-SF of ground floor retail in the Cayman Islands, and the new headquarters for Second Harvest Food Bank, a nonprofit dedicated to ensuring equitable access to the food and resources people in our community need to thrive.

Matt's previous 15 years of work spans hospitality, corporate, and mixed-use typologies, including The Viceroy Hotel and Zurich North American Headquarters in Chicago. That global perspective continues to shape his approach today, informing solutions that are both contextually grounded and forward-looking.
